ReBuild provides or arranges appropriate classroom and/or on-the-job training and experience for unskilled workers in preparation for their obtaining necessary trade certifications, licenses, and continuing education credits for "green collar" jobs. These “green collar” occupations include home weatherization, deconstruction, solar photovoltaic and solar hot water system installation, geothermal system installation, asbestos abatement, invasive plant species removal (included pesticide application), green roof installation, home weatherization, storm water management, native vegetative planting, wetlands restoration, warehouse management, and commercial woodworking.
